The Shore Things consist of a unique group of seasoned musicians that make up the North Shore Music House Band. They have played at private parties and are looking forward to playing at Santorini Mediterranean Grill on Canada Day, July 1, 2023. We will post details closer to the date. The Kim Pollard Band will also be playing.
Dave Perry is the band coach and plays keyboards, does both backup and lead vocals, occasionally drums, and does the song arrangements. Dave has been a professional musician since 1971 and now teaches and coaches voice, keyboards, and drums.
Dave Curran plays lead guitar for The Shore Things and has been teaching guitar for many years.
Deb Dart fronts the band, plays acoustic guitar and provides backup vocals when one of the other band members is singing. She played at small venues with her husband Charlie Dart playing congas with the Deb & Charlie duo. She also sang for many years around the camp fire with the cottage band who played at various functions.
Charlie Dart (Charlie in the Deb & Charlie duo) is the drummer. He also plays the congas.
Peter Snell adds the horn section to The Shore Things playing saxophone, flute, and harmonica.
